What You’ll Be Doing

This role combines hands-on salon support with the creativity of content creation. Your responsibilities will include:

Mixing color, shampooing clients, and helping stylists provide an amazing experience.

Checking clients in and out and making our guests feel like friends

Keeping the salon clean, organized, and welcoming.

Creating fun, unique, and on-brand social media content to showcase the personality and style of our salon.

Anticipating tasks and needs to keep everything running smoothly.

Helping out wherever needed while learning new skills in the beauty industry.

Your Schedule

We’re looking for someone available to work:

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:30 AM - approx. 7:00 PM

Fridays: 8:30 AM - approx. 4:00 PM

Hours will vary slightly week to week.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide bridal hair and/or makeup services that align with the Do's & Dye philosophy of enhancing natural beauty and creating personalized, effortless looks.

Build a warm, friendly rapport with brides, making them feel comfortable and valued throughout the process.

Listen to and collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life, offering professional advice while respecting their preferences.

Deliver calming, supportive energy on wedding days, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable experience for brides and bridal parties.

Stay up-to-date with bridal trends, techniques, and products to maintain expertise and deliver stunning results.

Anticipate client needs, such as touch-ups or additional assistance, ensuring every detail is considered.

Travel to wedding venues or other designated locations as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bridal hair stylist, makeup artist, or similar role in the beauty industry.

Expertise in creating loose, romantic, boho-inspired hairstyles and/or soft natural to full-glam makeup looks.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide a supportive presence during high-stress situations.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier results.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to wedding locations.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings.

Professional licensure (preferred).
